What is your cancellation policy?
Brand new small biz here, so I unfortunately do not accept cancellations at this time. If there is an urgent issue with your order, please reach out via the contact tab and I will get back to you as soon as I can and work with you!
What is Happy Fits return policy?
Again as a brand new one person small biz, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me using the contact tab! The goal is to always make things right – and I appreciate your patience. I will get in touch with you as soon as I can.
What is the shipping time?
IN STOCK ITEMS:
In stock items that are not made to order will ship 5-7 business days* after the initial order is placed. I also work a full-time job so please be patient! By 7 business days I will process and package your order up with so much love. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information inside once your package is in the hands of the USPS.
*Business days: M-F.
MADE TO ORDER:
An item that is labeled with 'MADE TO ORDER' means that once this item is purchased, it is then handmade by me. Please allow 7-14 business days (M-F) for me to process the item, package, and ship it to the address provided.
PRE-ORDERS:
An item that is labeled ‘PRE-ORDER’ means that you are buying an item that will ship at a later date. Because I handmake the apparel, please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping after the order is placed.
*Once your package is in the hands of the USPS and a tracking notice has been sent to you, your item is now in the hands of USPS. I have no control over lost packages or delays – I do recommend reaching out to USPS within a couple of days after if it says your item has been delivered.

How should I wash my Happy Fit?
All things should be treated kindly and same goes for your fit! To maintain the highest quality, please wash your apparel inside out on cold. Hang to dry (air fluff to soften). For reference, I only wash my clothes on the quick wash / delicate setting.
Totally up to you if you prefer to dry your clothing, but just know that you may notice fading or peeling at a quicker rate.

For hats and cups, please hand wash / spot treatment. Contact me with any Q's!
What size do you recommend?
Happy Fits size range (for now) is M-XXL.
For a comfy, cozy oversized fit, I recommend sizing up one size.
